Just to clarify i never got request for Police clearance certificate. They ask us the following three things:

-Supplementary Information Form (4 pages)
-Proof of Rukhsati
-Proof of Sponsor's visit to pakistan (Travel documents)

More and more posts, after 20 posts you can send PM to anyone, i guess

anyone from Jan or Feb 2011 who submitted imm forms and suppl form, after that receive medical or any other request.
i submitted in mar 13, sent email no response and status still shows application received.

You have to a minimum of 30, I believe, posts to be able to send Private messages.

The Request letter just has the B #### #### # number. No UCI.

And since i am filling IMM0008ENU_2D on behalf of my wife, i don't think i need to put UCI # in the form.
1) They didn't specifically provide it
2) Client ID is my number, not hers.
3) The IMM0008 is being filled by principal applicant (well i am filling it).
