Tell ur husband to take the letter he got where it asks for the proof of contact and show it to the phone company hes with and everything should work out.

so he can get call logs for prepaid phone??

You better be talking to the boy, they can ask for proof of active communication using electronic (phone, internet, social media) and traditional (mohabat namey) means of communication and your financial commitment (money transfer) anytime, the desi aunty who told VO about the significance of mohat nama loved the song ..... Hum ney sanam ko khat likha, khat main likha ..... and yes she still reads your love letters when you send to CHC-ISB and the youth fantacies rain back on her wrinkles making those shine like novas of the dark skies

are you serious...they need love letters? i have spoke with him and told him everything but still
we dont have any love letter kinda email in fact no email at all and no money transfer receipt because none of us need financial support and yeah no gift receipt from his side
what about insurance papers like if i make him beneficiary and then send them a copy of Designation of Beneficiary form would that work?

yep they'll consider that as proof. i did send e-cards i got from my husband but i didnt send the actual ecard i sent the email i received with the link to the card which had the entire address shown as in sent from my husband to me. when u come to pakistan keep every receipt of shopping, restaurants circle time n dates on them, take pix around the house randomly comment on the bak of each pic, movie tix, pix with relatives and friends, bank transfers or moneygram/western union receipts or whatever medium u use SHOULD be provided!!

Well I wish I could report good news, but it looks like even with our ruhksati being complete and providing pictures after filing application, my wife will still need an interview.

I received caips yesterday which stated that additional documents and photos (ruhksati and vilema pics) were received on x date in December and standard reply sent to inquiry on x date in January that application is in process. End of caips summary and BFD state file is in que for interview.

Well it was a good try. Chalk up another 6 months to our process

we are also aug 2010 aor, but a husband case...everythings been done on our part also...but still waiting for ppr..plz let me know if you hear anything and i will do the same

I am also Aug 2010 AOR, still waiting for re-medical request which according to CHC-I was sent to me on 1st FEB 2010, which i never received.
It's wife case.

they had asked us to send some extra proofs, like updated pictures (non-wedding), proof of contact, proof of sufficient funds in canada, entire passport copy of my husband...so we provided everything along with updated PCC and ImmForms...ReMed request came a couple of days later...

proof of sufficient funds in Canada? do they ask for bank statements? i never heard that they require proof of fundssssssss

MAB , i think u must send the caips reply to the embassy in which they mentioned you that they have sent you medical request , i have gone through same type of pblm after 6 mnth embassy official cald me that i hav,nt submitted the requestd documents , then i told him that i have never recvd those documents then he emailed me those forms ,

Do you can see any recent comments by IO on your file ?? Have any officer reviewed your file after you sent the documents... Because they will update CAIPS when some IO will view your proofs ..I think they havent yet reviewed that ..They have attached the proofs and moved your file to review queue by IO as you got the email.

And you can figure out that from the statement as well "Documents Received" and "reply sent to inquiry" nothing about the review of that proofs

i have already sent 2 emails and a letter to CHC-I informing them that i haven't received any medical examination letter, but they are not replying.

but they replied to one of my old email sent on 16th JAN 2012 saying medical examination letter was sent to you on 1st FEB 2012, i immediately sent them a reply that i haven't received any letter so please send me the letter again Via TCS and email, but they are quite and i don't know what to do
