CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Hello everyone.

I have also sponsered my hasbund, AOR is Jan 2011. I did not know about this forum & just found out today that this forum exits too. lol so excited . I see alot of people have same question as I do. My ecas has changed to (IN PROCESS) We started processing your file in Feb 05/2012. When do I expect paper work from CHC? I am very concerned becuase my hasbund lives in Afghanistan and I do not know how safe or accurate the addresses in Afghanistan are. Or the postal service I would say? Can anyone answer this for me. Thanks alot in advance. And I wish you all a very happy 2012 INSHALLAH.

Some places in afghanistan have address some don't. It's better if your husband gets a mail box.
Your letters will not get lost.

Yes I did get my ticket and visa for Pakistan i'm good to go just counting days now what about you?
And btw my wife's case is in process now so hope to hear from chc I while i'm there

Dear Yasmin & Masoom.... we had our nikah in may 2010 and she had applied my case on the basis of nikah,,,but now in oct 2011 we got our rukhsati,,,i even got a call from an immigration officer in jan 2012 asking some questions related to my nikah but i tild him that our rukhsati is also done,,so he said u should have told us before and i replied that nobody has asked me for it,,so he said now ur status has changed so wait to hear from us..thats all what he said,,,Yasmin there is no case of common-law,,its straight n simple,..everyone gerts nikahfied first n then they apply n then go for rukhsati,,,its simple i guess,,,

I called up the travel agency today plus checked online tickets. KlM airline ast bar monday but I hate that airline bakhair on friday I will get my ticket.
ur going for two months how will u mange the heat lol waqt merafti.

Do doctors give appointment on phone?
if i tell them that my re-medical letter is missing,
but i have a hope that CHC will send me again in a week,
so will i be able to get an appointment with the doctor after week or two?

Alhamdulilah i have JUST received my medical request!!! Wit a pen it also states plz submit ur passport aftercompleteing ur medical. A letter also states ur immigrant visa is ready for issuance! IM SHOCKED! Medical plus PPR !!!!Im not even one year into processing time! My ecase changed last nite to IN PROCESS!

but when did your last medical expired?
It cannot expire is 10 months as your case is now in it's 10 month.

We did not send initial medical wit application to try n save time. So now i got med plus a written ppr! One letter states visa ready for issuance! Plz pray all goes well inshallah!
