I just sent some docs via Fedex and used the below address. I later found out that fedex does not likes PO Box address.
Though checking the fedex tracking it seems like it was dropped off at the front desk signed by someone name NASIR.

Embasssies addresses are not common, so if you wrote even wrong address they deliver it on right place

normal docs request from CHC like repcc, imm forms, update etc, goes to visa section so you dont need to worry about it, just write

Canadian High Commission
Visa Section
Islamabad

when you will check by TCS tracking number you will see Nasir will be receiving your docs :D

thanks Danny bro.. how bcz i new in this thinks.. u no bro i am checking from 5 months bat i cant..

My wife received a first letter from CHC today. As I have previously posted that I have my area's postman phone number, so I called him at the beginning of February, and he was on 3 weeks' vacation. He returned back to work on February, 20th and delivered the letter. Letter issued date is February, 01, so we received that letter 20 days late just because of the postman's vacation, and now we have only 10 days to send everything since letter states that we have to send them the documents within 30 days.

I would suggest check with your postman close to your expecting timeline because I guess post offices in Pakistan do not have any backup to distribute the mail incase of regular postman's absence..

My file was transferred on December 2, 2010, and they ask to send them some pictures, PCC and re-filled forms.

Congrats!!!!! Thats great news minus the postman thing. ;)

So which forms have they requested? I mean IMMX, Y, Z or did they just ask you to send all of the Part 2 forms (part filled by the person your sponsoring)? Thanks!

Well my AOR is Dec 23rd 2010 and address has been missing since Jan sometime. Status same App-received. I dunno if my wife knows about the postman in our area but i will email them on Feb 25 to check status because your AOR was Dec 2 and letter issed was Feb 1. Pretty close to 14 month since AOR....thoughts?

Once again Congrats!
