• To verify the validity and truthfulness of certain information provided on the forms and documentation submitted with the application regarding your social and political involvement in the country.
  
• To clarify any specific information and inconsistencies in the forms you filled out.
  
• To clarify certain issues as regards to the background of the applicant..
  
• To confirm that the applicant is not inadmissible on security grounds.
