which states:

yes brother i am thinking now to apply caips but like i said i got long history of traveling so they might take longer time to do background checks to.

Most applicants have bfd after 1 of file transfer so u sent documents after september 2011 in that case bro danny is right ur file went back to intial review and backround checks

According to my GCMS, my file will be open by VO in mid-april. I have not sent them any further proofs about my visits to Pak and our honeymoon trip to another country. Do you think that I should send them proofs now, or wait till they open our file sometime in April (according to GCMS) and request IMM forms and further proofs. They set a BFD on IMM forms anyway (which is I believe 45 days) then how could i save anytime by sending the proofs now. Please explain

By sending the proofs now, do u think that instead of attaching it to our original file, they will put our file in the initial review, which will cause extensive delays.

(principal applicant) I assume it would be sponsored person is it right.
Whose consent is needed the person who is being sponsored is it right.
If signature for sponsored person needed.
How would card holder send signature online.

From what I've read on these forums countless times is that you should send proofs right away. That will make them open your file and attach those proofs physically or so I've read. It will not delay anything but give more positive light to your file.
