CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Hi Shehroz,

I had three days wedding but unforunetly I had picture of only wedding day.and I had no picture of Rukhsaty and walima to submit to chc-isb.
They requested me twice for pictures of our walima and rukhsaty and post wedding picture in may 2011.i provided them all the wedding photos with all of our relatives sitting with us and the gift pictures me and my hubby recievd on our wedding day.however I did provide them pictures both of us toghathre of my last vist in may 2011.
I Also provided Phone bill +pcc+picuters+sms+boarding pass ect.they did not ask for Rukhsaty and walima pics again.i would suggest that right them letter saying that you have a pictures of one day function only which you have submitted already and also advise them the reason of not having the picture of second day if you have a valid reason to believe them.
My hubby had interview on dec 07 2011.and now I am waiting for re- med.
Please note this is the suggestion only.rest is upto you.

Well Wat did they ask Ur husband during interview and did they ask for passport?

Wow after almost a month now that my husband have sent the document ... They are telling me that they received it on 8 of dec
the repply that i got today :-\

This is in response to your email (see below).

Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by
an immigration officer. Documetns were received from applicant's end on
08 Dec 2011 and have been forwarded to applicant's file.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a
minimum.

I applied November 2010 n file approved in December 2010 n then my file was tranfered to CHC in January 2011

CHC - ISB is closed for Christmas Holidays for three days only: 25th, 26th and 27th December 2011. They will be closed for new year again on 3rd January 2012.
So Please don't lose heart. Have patience !
Hopefully Insha Allah everyone will get good news before the year 2011 phased out. For those who have submitted passport, can expect thier passport back before christmas holidays begin Insha Allah.

The two october cases that had intial review are complicated so may be it took 14 months for intial review

I think by end of january they would have completed 2010 cases for ontial review

Looking at humpakwatans good stats there are very fewer spouse sponsership cases compared to 2010
