My application was received for spouse immigration on 22 july 2011 but still i haven't got the AOR. Now the game has started ???

i dont have much experience about all this canadian process as i entered into the process in June,2011...but when i read such worries and depressing situation ...my heart starts to freak out...and i wish i could do something for people who are being waiting for sooooo long and getting no hope still........

Because when they open it for the first time aka initial review, first thing they request is to fill out all the forms again for update information and they also ask to provide updated police certificate because the original one is expired!philantropist said:

background checks consisting of security clearances and criminality checks
medical assessments
i thought that people who are being waiting sooo long can at least come to know about their application status... while using CAIPS:-X

They do not have a First In First Out policy. They sort the case files based on how complex they are, and work on them simultaneously. If it were FIFO policy, then the processing times would have been definitely longer because a simple case would get stuck behind a more complicated one. Atleast that's what they do for cases all over the world, CHC-Islamabad is a rule unto itself :-X
