July/August AORs are now starting to have the initial reviews. Earlier ones are either stuck in the background checks or have some complications due which they are delaying it. Some received objection letters, some are waiting for more proofs etc. Remember, that all 2009/2010 cases were taking atleast 16-20 months. but now we have notices that they have picket up some pace and processing in 12- 14 months. July/August AORs are starting to receive rePCC and IMM forms only that doesn't mean their process is done. Their files have just opened for initial review. Hope that you got a better picture now

So Bro you're sure no body is involved in cherry picking and the CHC is not taking sides. I hate to give it a negative spin but it looks like you're at re meds and some ppl from july and august are at re meds too. Doesnt make sense!!

No I am not sure that they are not giving anyone favours but it just looks like that timeline might get reduced to 16 months again or less, Yes all 2009 and early 2010 cases took longer but it does seem like that now they are working a little faster after the 2009 backlog is out already. Lets hope it stays this way so people don't have to go through what I and others have gone through. My wife is on 17th months of process and lets hope she receives her PPR very very soon InshAllah....Don't be jealous because some people got PPRs before you becuase thats not from CIC thats from Allah and may be Allah has planned a little different for you/your spouse.
