Guys I am so much worry because today I receive Email from vfs that my processed passport has been dispatched from the visa office Islamabad on 18/07/2013. I applied on 2nd of july 2013 for study permit in University of Prince Edward Island.

Its either medical or Refusal coz in both cases passport dispatched........if you applied paper based........its was process so far.......i am not sure 100 % because now chc has changed the procedure of medical. Now a days they send an email with medical letter attachment to all applicant either paper or online.....still hope for the best.

I applied paper based on 2nd of July. I didn't hear anything that they dispatch passport for medical.
