CHC DISGUSTING,,Make decisions on the basis of VO MOOD not qualifications

The university cant help you with regards to CIC. The only thing they can do is give you a letter saying you're admitted to the program. Anything further would bring them trouble from CIC down the road.

First of all I would like to advise u that dealwith the things professionally not emotionlly.
I would like to share my case with you that I was got rejected 3 times just for one reason that is purpose of visit.because I am Indian from chd and came Singapore as student and now working as research analyst from 2011 in Singapore earning $40k p.a. Cic said same thing to me that I came sg as student not go back then samething I will do in canada but whereas I saw some people's here in forum able to get visa with same profile as me .so it doesn't mean that I would loose hope And somewhere it's true my intentions to go Canada as a student is just to have pr as rest of the students have.
They gave me purpose of visit reason is completely true as I am not willing to go back from Canada,if I m able to secure visa.
But there was something happened in my favour on 3rd attempt that they stated on caips note that applicant declared each and every previous refusal perfectly but still lack country ties.
So this time I m looking for 4 th attempt with full proof of ties and I am sure my hardwork pay me back something good.
I would advise you get caips note first then improve the exact reason of refusal as much as better u can.
So don't loose hope keep trying to improve you case you will get it .

Hello paji. Yes I know mood of VO can alter the outcome of application to some extent. But in your case, I don't think the reason is only bad luck. Here are some possible reasons and some questions left unanswered:
1. Your SOP is like an essay. You went too philosophical in your SOP; saying how children are pure and fresh? It was bit funny and weird. You made far too many mistakes in there.

2. People in India don't even know ECE! Have you ever seen a baby sitter? No. Because it's not in Indian culture to let strangers take care of children. 99% of times, parents trust females more than males in India when it comes to having an early education teacher. aagan vaari ch v dekh sakde o tusi. People don't care about ECE diploma here except maybe in metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai etc.

3. Your IELTS score is low. Why do you want to study ECE in Canada when your English is average and you won't require English when dealing with children of 2-5 years old. They don't speak English.

4. If children don't understand English then why don't you study ECE in Hindi/ Punjabi?

5. Why did you choose medical stream in +2 if ECE was your aim? ECE teachers require tremendous patience, great communication skills etc. But you didn't learn these qualities in your +2. Your subjects were Physics, chemistry, biology etc. Your choice doesn't make sense.

My advice for you would be to upgrade your IELTS score; get CAIPS notes; look for another course (if possible) Don't keep on saying your friends got visa with 100% same profile. it's annoying and It can't be true. Maybe they didn't have a gap or they had higher IELTS score; or had better SOP or maybe they haf applied for college?
Personally, I think your SOP sucks. it's bad. why you took help of an MA teacher? Your SOP sounds too philosophical. Maybe your teacher wrote it as if it was an essay competition; describing your love for children and advocating gender equality. Keep SOP to the point.
It's not a purely luck's game. Your application was weak. ACCEPT IT! As far as I can remember, there's only the refusal of application of Ola (from Nigeria) which I think was only due to bad luck. He deserved visa. Hardeep, you need to make big improvements in your application. Good luck!

It's late for September session. deadline is 31 July for September session. You need work to do to make your application stronger. First of all, get CAIPS. then sit for IELTS again, score better this time. don't take it as a burden. Tell your university to defer your fees for January intake if you want to again apply at same university for January. Otherwise, you need to send them the refusal letter from CIC to them; they will refund you. Ask university for more details.
please make your SOP better. post your SOP here after modification so that people here can help you.
I don't know much about GIC refunding or deferment; someone else will help you.

i would like to share my univerity requirement link with you,,,
( placement at level 80 of UFV ESL program or completion of:
• ESL WG74 and R70 or articulated equivalent with a minimum GPA 2.33 or higher or TOEFL 550 (213 CBT/79 iBT) or IELTS 6 (see Note) or CanTest 4.5 or CAEL 60 or LPI essay score 25 (level 4) or MELAB 80 or CPT 41.
Note: Placement into the Foundation program based on IELTS includes consideration of band scores.)

Ielts Is not matter... similar ielts score got visas stamped on their PP... From Same CIC
what you think ,,,should i apply with similar ielts
 
the website said : The University Foundation certificate program is
an intensive, full-time academic preparation
program specifically designed for students who do
not meet the English language requirements for
full time-time academic study at UFV.

So you won't be a full time student unless you complete this program. The reason for all this is : low IELTS. I will say it for last time: I strongly recommend you to upgrade your IELTS. Ielts here will cost you around 10000 rupees. Whereas English upgrading will cost you like $1000. Choice is yours.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Canada is NOT everything! I am almost sure you want to get PR in Canada through Saskatchewan PNP ( most probably in long haul trucking ) but still, studying should be your priority in Canada if you went there as a student. Take some time to think. your course selection and IELTS are the top two reasons for your refusal. Take take of these two points; you'll get the visa.
 
Now again i have question in my mind,,
how those people got their visas with similar profiles.... Belive me ,,,same academic background ,same ielts score and same course,,,what's your opinion about it??

Alright I rest my case. If you want everyone to say that your application was refused purely because of bad luck then alright I believe you. There's always a possibility that VO was in bad mood and a tiny mismatch irritated him/her and hence your visa was refused. But so many people here are of different view. None of us know your case or your friends' case personally so maybe you might be right.
