Well people do double MA ,, double PhD so why not double diploma ,, as long as its attached to ur past ur fine ,, but if u do diploma in nursing and ask for visa to do second diploma in engineering,, does that make any sense ,,of course not,,

I also got a study permit to get a B.Sc. in Computer Science, even though I already have a B.Sc. in Physics. Then again, I'm from a visa exempt country, so they might not have been as strict in my case...

U could be from visa(TRV) exempt country but bro u do need study permit so rules are same maybe little difference
