CHC Delhi requested for my Passport

Hello Guys,

I performed my Upfront Medical Exam on 23rd Sep 2013.
I then applied for my Study Permit Online on 28th Sep.
Then I was asked for my educational documents on 30th Sep by Delhi CHC.
And today (8th Oct) i received a message in MyCIC account requesting my Original Passport.

This is what stated in the PDF:

Passport requirements
• Please provide your passport or travel document, with a copy of this letter.
• There must be at least one blank page in your passport.
• Your passport must be valid for the duration of your expected length of stay in Canada.
• Please note that we cannot issue a visa beyond the expiry date on the passport.

So what does this mean ?

It simply means that you can take sigh of relief coz your visa is approved. Congrats mate

In the mail they've stated that you need to send the passport within 30 days. I guess VFS sends the documents pretty quick, mostly within one day. I'll be travelling to Mumbai on Friday for some other work too. So i decided to submit the passport on Friday itself.

Worked as an intern at Air India Engineering, Mumbai for 1 year.
IELTS 7.
Applied in British Columbia Institute of Technology for Diploma in AME under general category.
GIC + 1st Sem fees paid.
Medicals done.
SOP attached.
Applied Online for study permit.

congratulations buddy but i fail to understand that why didn't they have any objection in u going for a diploma in AME in BCIT..u have already done that in india ..why again in canada

bro i am not aware of the rules that the VO follow for diploma people. one of my friends did the same thing last year and he got his visa. so i guess the VO doesn't have any objection on people going for Dual Diplomas. talking about my personal choice on opting for the same diploma is basically for more industrial exposure and many job opportunities available in aviation sector in canada as compared to india.
