I have just been approved for PR, resulting in my passport being requested a few weeks ago, and my COPR being issued this week.
Unfortunately, last week, I had a charge against filed me, so I was asked to give my statement. The case was dismissed by the public court this week. What are my responsibilities regarding this? I already have my COPR and I'm planning to land in the next few weeks. What kind of documents should I prepare, and how/should I upload them online or should I just bring the documents with me when I land? The charge is minor one and was fabricated so it was dismissed within one week.
Finally, will this affect my landing or PR process? How worried should I be as I am very nervous, even though everyone is telling me this is normal and happens a lot.
