Changing work experience after ITA

Hi friends,
I received ITA as my score is 467 and the cutoff was 441. However I want to remove 1 year of work ex as I'm unable to prove it due to which my score drops to 442 which is still above the cutoff.
So, can I still apply with the ITA after removing 1 year of work experience or do I have to decline the ITA and wait for the next round?

You can modify your profile if after changes, the CRS is not dropping lesser than 441.

Thanks for your reply. Yes my CRS is above cutoff as it's 442, it's only one point above though. So can I simply delete the unwanted experience and state in my LOE that I'm not claiming this work experience becuase I'm unable to get a reference letter? Can I skip LOE too?

You can skip, however I would advise you to mention this.

hi . i am in the same situation now in 2021 and received an ITA claimed 2 years experience but wanna remove the 2 year experience and my score is still above the cut off with only one years experience and my stuation is quite same as yours back in 2018 . just waana confirm did you get your PR with the stuation you mentioned above .

I cancelled my ITA and reapplied with the 2 year work experience and thankfully still met the ITA cutoff. Yes I got my PR with that.
