Changing U.S. address to Canadian before medical request

Hi All,

I'm a Canadian citizen sponsoring my American wife. We have already submitted our family class sponsorship application for PR, and have linked her application to an online account and already submitted the background check as well.

Here's the situation, we're moving to Toronto for my new job on August 1st, she'll be entering as a visitor. I'll be updating the mailing address to the new Canadian address, however will this interfere with the medical request at all? Will we be able to get a medical exam done IN Canada if we update the address in time? Thanks for any input!

Medical exam can be done anywhere in the world, as long as it's from the list of accepted panel physicians on the CIC website.
