Hello everyone,
I already hold a Canadian study permit, which is going to expire in Nov. 2019, but I moved back to my home country within 2 months (Sep 2017-Nov-2017). Basically, I went to Canada on scholarship money but the same wasn’t given to me by the university until the time I left and my registration was on hold in the university. I received the first paycheck from them when I was about to leave Canada (just before 2 days of my flight back to home). I have mentioned everything in my LOE and have submitted my documents. My queries are:

1. Does Study permit has any relation to PR applications in such cases?
2. Can this lead to rejection of PR application?
3. As I mentioned that I never received scholarship money as a reason for returning back in my Letter of explanation, Is it right?

Thank you very much for your time. This situation is stressing me a lot, your views on this would be highly appreciated.
