if I go back for two months to india while inland spousal sponsorship is in process will it be a problem? I have valid try stamp and work permit.

It might be a problem or it might not. It's impossible for any of us to tell you that now. You would have to be willing to take the risk that it may be an issue.
If i go for 2-3 weeks will it still be a issue.My spouse went this month to india because her grandmother passed away.So i am going for same to meet the family.
Under a month should be fine (but shorter better). Beyond that - no-one knows.
