Changing some Details on my Paper (PLEASE HELP)

Hi, I need your advice on my situation.. Please I really need help.

First of all,I'm a university student and I'm Indonesian. I just got married last July with a canadian citizen, we've been together as bf gf since 2015. 2 weeks ago I tried to apply for tourist visa and got refused. Now me and my husband are planning to apply for Permanent Resident - Spousal Sponsorship.

In my previous application of TRV (the Family Form), I put my step-father as my father. Tbh, I dont know any information about my biological father other than just his name in my birth certificate. I am worried to put my step-father into my details again for my spousal sponsorhip application since on my birth certificate however it's still witten my biological father's name. What should I do? Do I need to clarify that before I apply for my PRV? How to clarify that to IRCC? Please I need your advice

Put your fathers name and in family form put your step fathers name, also mention the relation. and it would be good to write a explanation latter in a white page and send them.
