I did right before applying! Regretted it!
You will get an RQ and your application would look suspicious for whatever reason!
Been here for 11years! Moved from
Vancouver to Montreal. BAD DECISION.

If that's the case, it makes a mockery of their "Mobility Rights" that are mentioned in Discover Canada and in just about every online test. Or don't PR's have mobility rights too?!

This doesn't have anything to do with mobility rights. PR's are free to move to other provinces. There will be no repercussions at all if you don't apply for citizenship. And even if you do, I doubt they'll give you an RQ simply because you moved to another province. There's gotta be more to the story.

Well that is my case.. take it or leave it :)
How do you know the RQ is because of the move? Like, did the officer tell you that when interviewing you, or any of the communications from them suggested that?

I requested my ATIP file.. after reviewing carefully I noticed that it’s mainly because of that.. they are doubting that for fact I was in Vancouver.. lol somehow!
I have friends back in Vancouver who are now applying for their passports..
I applied with 1350 days so really I don’t see why other reasons. Didn’t even travel much...

If you are PR, you can live whenever you want to live even outside of Canada. To keep your PR status you must live in Canada 2 years in 5 years period.
