Changing PR Visa from Indian Passport to Irish Passport

I have recently got my PR Visa and COPR to Canada under FSW on my Indian Passport. I was planning to travel to Canada in February 2013. Now i got an irish Citizenship and a new irish passport will be issued to me and my Indian Passport gets cancelled. Could you just advice me how i can transfer the canada PR visa to my Irish Passport including the procedures involved
