I applied through the simplified process ( i.e. a 3 pages application and fees) to Singapore on 4 Sept 2006. Meanwhile I had done a professional fellowship in the US for one year. The High Commission is asking me to send update of information, all documents and Right of Permanent Residence Fees. I realize that NOC 2263 would be more suitable for me but I wrongly put 2262 in my first application (IMM0008 (05-2006)E). Can I change now to 2263 while filling out the final forms now? Please help me, I am in a deadline to follow.
