URGENT. Hey fellas, my fiancée is a worker (work visa) in Canada and we want to get married soon because she works in a city far away so we want to move together likely to the states (i am a US citizen). She is wondering what are the legal implications of adding my last name to hers after marriage. Besides changing her driver's license/health card and SIN, does she also need to change her passport and canadian visa to travel? How soon will she need to do that? Will that affect her eligibility for a residency in Canada?
