I have essentially worked 2 jobs relevant to my NOC - one in Canada and one in my country of origin. I entered these on my Express Entry profile and received an ITA.
The issue is that the 1st job I was employed through an agency (it was not a temp job however), and the Canadian one I was employed by an agency from August-March before being taken on directly. Now it has come to a stage where I need to produce letters from my employers I am worried because I expect the letter from my first job will come from the agency rather than the 'host company' who I indicated I worked for on my original profile, and the second one may in fact come in the form of 2 separate letters (agency and eventual direct employer) which will make it look like I've only been here since last March when in reality I've been here longer (just paid by a different company).
What can I do? Do I have to reject my ITA and hope to get in again? Can I just change the details on my e-PR profile? Will it count against my 'continuous employment' even though it's the same job? I also don't want it to look like I've been working in HR or recruitment which is not the industry I've indicated with my NOC code.
Thanks for any help!
