While I was in Canada as a visitor (I came to Canada as an extended family member), I received an approval letter for my working holiday which I had applied in February 2020.
I followed the process on this page (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/service-delivery/coronavirus/temporary-residence/permit-approval-outside-canada.html#work-permit) and submitted the webform in April 2021.
However, after submitting the webform, I noticed that this "pilot program" for foreign nationals in Canada with a letter of introduction will take place until March 31st, 2021.
I haven't heard anything back from IRCC since early April. So my question is, has anyone converted his/her status while physically in Canada? If you have, how long did it take?
