Changing jobs while my application is still being in progress.

Hi everyone,

My boss asked me to have 2 months off because the company is looking for fundings. After 2 months, I am going to work again. I plan to find a new job (that has the same NOC code). I am wondering what would happen if I quit my current job and find a new one during the PR application process. My case is Inland PNP-CEC Express Entry, AOR in December, RCMP request January.

It should not have any impact, your application is considered based on the information you have provided at the time of application. You can notify CIC of the fact that you have changed employer/address/anything else though. It would be recomended.
