I know this is an old topic but as I am confused about my situation now. Would like to ask for suggestion from all expert one.
I'm currently waiting for PR processing under AINP Student stream with no restriction for employer but have their company's name on the nomination. My NOC is B as supervisor food service. My OWP will be expired on November 2019 and the only restriction is must work in Alberta.
I just finished my medical request and it shows passed on my application.
Currently, my status is checking background and reviewing eligibilities. However, my current job is getting terrible and I am no longer happy with it. It drains me out and pushes me to the limit that I have to quit or I'm getting crazy. However, I did some researches whether I can change my job but I got confused . Some said since I got my MD, I can leave the job and some said It will get delay or cancel if I am no longer meet the eligibilities and requirement from my nomination. Do I have to inform CIC and AINP? and will it delay or cancel my paper if I did?
I know the fact some people didn't inform and get through, but I'm also afraid my employer will contact to AINP that I'm no longer working with her .
In case I will work in different store but same company's name, I still need to inform CIC and AINP for the change?
