Changing job during PR applicatin

Hi. Can I ask if changing of employment can affect the PR application? I’m at the point of my application where I already got a medical examination request. I am under the Family Class Sponsorship and wondering if I can transfer to another company with the same line of my profession. Thank you!

You can change jobs. It is not something you need to inform IRCC about.
