I have an immigration lawyer who's in charge of my LMIA application and work permit application but he is ridiculously unresponsive and inefficient. I am thinking of terminating his services and engaging a new lawyer to help me with the process, what are my chances?
We're currently in the process of submitting the LMIA application after the job postings have already been up for 30 days but I don't want to count on him any longer. I've also signed a retainer agreement with him.
