Changing from outland to inland

We have an application in progress for outland family sponsorship. We just sent the schedule A form and we are waiting for the medical request.

My wife just moved to Canada to study, so this means we need to change the application to be inland instead of outland. Do you know how are we supposed to do this? Should we use the email form or call them or what?

You don't need to change anything except new address in Canada. Just keep it processing as an outland app, it's perfectly fine to stay in Canada while an outland app is processing, countless people have done this.
