Changing course while in same college !!

Hi guys I m presently a student at centennial college.. It's my first semester and i have taken software engg tech course but I wish to change my field and take global business management course.. Can I do that... ?? Will Dere be any problem in it.. ? And after completion also.. Any issues..?? Help me.. I m already short of time.. Please guys reply..
