Changing course and college

Hlo sir
I am here to study master of global health from this sem but I planned to switch course and college to Winnipeg .does it affects PR later on
As I got admission for my new course for batch may 2018 then during period of 4-6 month I would free as waiting for new course.should Iam eligible to stay in Canada that period ??
I have got visa of one year that is till August 2018 as may new switching course will begin in may 2018 then am I eligible to apply for visa once I got offer letter of respective course .as I am changing course from masters of global health to masters of pharmacy .so plz guide me?

If you do not attend your current program in global health you will be reported after 90 days by the university and your study permit will be withdrawn. Be advised that you are not allowed to work after you stop attending school. You will need to reapplly for a new study visa for the masters of pharmacy.

During reapplying of visa process can I move to native country.how much time embassy take to give revisa

Yes you can go back to your country. I would imagine your study visa would take approximately the same amount of time as the last one but the volume of visa requests has increased so give yourself plenty of time.

Yes if you have a valid TRV but you can't work.
