Changing college before coming to canada?

My canada visa is approved but college i am going to study doesn't support PGWPP eligible programs so i am going to change my school.
So is that possible to change a college before coming to canada?
Little help will be appreciated.

But Will it not cause any problems at entry border?because college i selected is starting from sep but my my previous college intake was april
