changing city

with PR first visit we landed to Ontario and after about 20days we came back to motherland. 2years and 10 month stayed in motherland and than again we planed to go to Vancouver and settle there. is it possible to change the city? should we again go to Ontario?

As a PR, you have the right to live and work in any province. You do not have to live in Ontario forever just because you landed there.
