Changing address, please help

Hi
I am leaving Canada next week and will change the address. I have PR application under processing.
I tried Online Services but it seems to be for the change of address within Canada. Is it true?
In that case I will use Web Form to change my address. If so, should I do it before I leave or after I leave Canada?

Along with PR application I also have work permit extension application. Do I have to change address for each application separately or just once for both?
