Hello, I currently live in Vancouver and will be landing at the border next week.
Me and my spouse are moving to another city in BC by the end of May, but we don't have an address there yet.
Is it possible to change the address to which the PR card will be sent to after landing? Will there be a problem?
(Also, if it ends up going to my actual address is not such a big deal as I will be subletting it)

Thanks for any help.

It is up to you.

If you have an address you can use when you land (that of say a relative etc.), then I would use that.

If you cannot supply an address in Canada when you land and declare PR, you just have to tell them that. You will then have 6 months in which to supply your address, otherwise you have missed the 'free' PR card window and will have to fill PR Card forms in and pay an extra fee.

You supply your new address on the CIC change of address link here:

Personally, I would avoid all that fuss and chances it could go wrong and supply your current Canada address as long as you are VERY clear with the tenants that they must keep all mail addressed to you etc. (just what I would do).
