Hi,

I just want to know if this will lead to misrepresentation once I continue my application for ITA.
•my marital status change from single to common law but failes to change it on my CRS profile. And was locked once I received ITA. (My common-law in non-accompanying since he is Canadian Citizen.
• I am missing a work experience from my student years (part time on my CRS profile)

If I chage it on my ITA, my marital status and work experience will it leads to misrepresentation and banned from applying? Should I decline the offer?

You must update your marital status and work history in your application. Failing to declare a common-law partner is a serious misrepresentation. Do not decline; instead, correct it with an explanation letter to avoid a ban.

Got it, I did put common-law on my ITA and updated my work history. About the letter, is it through ircc webform?
