Guys,

I would like to ask about the situation of my uncle.

Spousal Sponsorship by the wife/mother

1 Dad
2 Daugther's
1 son

After submission of the application or during the processing period the son changed status to married with a pregnant wife.
It was reported to the IRCC but they were advised that they have the redo all the application because of that changed status.

so they decided to pursue the application and the son will be left out and fix it later once the 3 of them is settled in Canada.

Now what is the best option for the son to go to Canada? together with his wife and kid probably his 20+ years old now.

Thank you very much

The son has to qualify for PR on his own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry or PNP.

The choice was made to get married and be excluded in the family sponsorship application (only single dependent can be included).

So he will need to qualify on his own as replied above.
