I got admission offer letter on International Transportation & Customs (with co-op work permit) for the Summer, 2023 in Seneca College, Ontario, Canada. My study permit has been approved and I got my visa (SW1) stamped for 16-02-2023 to 31-03-2025. But unfortunately, my online account (GCKEY) was not updated with 'Letter of Introduction' letter though I raised webforms. So, after consulting with my college I did not fly & decided to defer my semester. As the seat in the International Transportation & Customs (TCS) program was not available for the Fall, 2023 session, my college (Seneca College) issued me another Admission Offer Letter on International Business (does not have co-op work permit) for Fall, 2023 session. And yesterday I got my 'Letter of Introduction' letter based on the previous Admission Offer Letter. I really don’t want to miss my Fall, 2023 session. Considering the above scenario, if I travel to Canada (in August) without informing IRCC about my new Offer Letter will I face any problem or what should I do now?
