I was laid off from my previous employer and then found a new job which I joined from Jan 2013. I applied for PR in Arranged Employment category. I've done my medical in Jan 2013 and eCAS is showing medical received. My question is do I need to send an email to CPP-O to updated about my employment change. What are the documents required if so. Or is it okay not to send any update? Thanks.

You should send email about change of circumstances.
Your email must include evidences of new job like offer letter, appointment letter.
Your appointment letter must be on company letter head showing contact person name, designation, phone, email and address.
You should also attach resignation letter of previous job.
Top up your email with a covering letter explaining job switch over.

Cover letter will established strong reasons for this move and help visa officer to avoid any self assumptions.

Regards
