changed college(Nedd help)

I applied in fleming college peterborough from India bt this college is far away from the house where I live,so I decided to change my college..now I got offer letter from humber college bt they want me to pay the full fee of first semester today bt the previous college will transfer the fee in three or four weeks..i do not have a sufficient fee..Can you guys please suggest me according to my situation ...If i takes this semester off, will embassy trouble me ?

You cannot take off a semester if i am correct. Only option you have is to request humber to take late fees. Some institutes do it where you can pay after semester, but they charge interest on it.
