Can someone kindly let me know how to change visa processing office from Ottawa to New Delhi while your application is already under processing please? I have already received my medical request and awaiting for Passport request

I don't believe this is an option. You could e-mail Ottawa to request it but again I don't think you can. If it's specific to passport stamping I suggest you specifically request if you can have this done in ND instead.

You cant do this..Passport should be stamped from the consulate where your file is being processed.
