change status from visitor to worker

I want to know that some one can stay and live inside Canda while waiting for PR without any other valid status? (work,visitor,study) .
I am waiting for csq under arima and my PGWP is expired and i am on visitor visa so once i get CSQ then can i live and stay in canada after submission of my application?or i have to apply visitor or closed work permit?

A CSQ does not make you a PR of Canada or gives you a permit to stay in Canada. Once you have CSQ, you need to apply with the Federal Govt of Canada for a PR.

You need valid status to remain in Canada legally.

No. You can apply for an extension and use the AOR letter to apply for extension.

AOR mean file number? and they give extension for how long?
