Hi. I have booked a flight to Europe after my IEC work permit but it was with WOW Air which is bankruptcy now. Then I booked a new ticket but for other date and I completely forgot about that. So now my situation looks like that
My work permit expire on 21st May but I am going back to my country on 27th May. So I need to change my status, it is too late to apply online for that. I want to go to Detroit for one day and then come back to Canada as visitor but my question is Do I have to do that exactly on 21st May or I can go to US during weekend a 3-4 days before my work permit expire. I mean is it possible to get visitor status at the border when I still have other status? Thanks
