Change of Visa

I have a passport from Antigua which is visa free to Canada(Visa free national).Can anyone tell me if I can enter Canada and convert my visa to student visa by getting an admission in a college and doing all necessary formalities but not leaving Canada.

No, you still have to apply to an office outside Canada.

secondary level, are on an academic exchange or
a visiting student at a designated learning
institution, or have completed a course or

I hope Antigua not fall into visa state like St.Lucia & St.Vincent.
