Hi,

I have received ppr request on 12th July and was directed to submit my passport and documents for copr issuance and visa stamping at sydney, Australia.
However, I am now in India and would like to get my visa office changed to ndvo. I raised a cse, wrote multiple emails to ndvo and sydney.immigration whose email id is mentioned on my ppr in case of any changes in my circumstances. With no response since last 8 days, I resent sydney an email with urgent in the subject line for change of visa office.
They replied instantly. They didnt issue me a new ppr but instead sent me an email stating:

'Good day,

Thank you for your email.

Any Visa Office can print your Visa label once your application has been approved. The only way of supplying your passport to a Visa Office is to send it via a Visa Application Centre (VAC). This means that you can submit your passport along with the documentation required for issuing your COPR to any VAC in India.'

This is followed by their signature and name stamp below the email.

Now I had moved back to india in february and had updated ircc through webform about change in my address back to india. Still for some reason they sent me an email to submit pp at sydney, australia. I have also followed the process and sent a request for change of visa office to sydney.immigration post my ppr and got above response on email to them. So, I would be submitting the original ppr I received from sydney along with a copy of above response I received from Sydney office.

I wanted opinion on whether this should suffice? Please guide.

Thanks for the response. I am aware that I need to write to the email id written on my ppr and in my case that email is of sydney immigration. They did not issue me a new ppr but instead sent a reply stating I can submit the passport to VAC in India and visa office in any country can stamp your visa once approved. Hence the confusion and was seeking a clarification from experts
