Hi... I got admitted at Concordia and Western University, chose Concordia and obtained study permit and all... Now after attending the class for a few days (Summer 2013 intake), i am seriously thinking of a way to change the university... from concordia to UWO.... Is it possible, please help me...

Yes, you have the offer letter from UWO , right ??
Go to Concordia International department and ask them for withdrawal form. Fill it and submit it.
I'm not sure that they will transfer the money because you had attended few classes.
Every institution have different policies. So ask them as soon as possible.
