This is the most general question any international student in Canada would like to know.
1. Can an international student change his status to Work ?
2. Lets say (in my case) I receive an invitation from a World chain Hotel in Saskatoon to work as a full time chef ( I am culinary Arts diploma holder and have more than 3 years of managing many kitchens in Dubai as a chef). I am currently in student visa in Canada.
3. As I know from http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/international-skilled-worker.........that anyone with valid proof of legal status in Canada and with a job offer letter in NOC and designated trade in Saskatchewan can apply for PNP.
4. According to ........http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/sinp-application-intake-thresholds, they are still quiet short of applicants with skilled worker with offer from a Saskatchewan employer ( Data shows their quota was 5000 and only 447 have applied till now till the end of this year 2014)
5. So Can I apply for Saskatchewan PNP?

I need to know about all this
Anyone with good source of information are welcome.

Thanks for your time and Effort ;)
