Can anyone advise me about how to change my status?

Currently I am in Canada on the Visitor VISA status, I will like to change it to the International Student VISA.

Is it possible for me to do that without leaving Canada borders?

1. You have to apply at an overseas office, unless you are a US citizen. There is no guarantee that it will be issued without an interview which would be at the office where you apply.

nopp u hav 2 leave canada and apply frm ur home country...unless u hav U.S. visa...if u do hav den u will hav 2 go 2 U.S. .........apply frm dre....coz mostly u'll get an interview so agn U.S. visa is imp. plus dey may ask dat y aren't u applyin frm ur home country....get ready wid reasons for dat...and also it takes alottt more tym dre...lyk mths...so its in ur hand dat where u want 2 apply frm...
