Hi i came to Canada last year Feb 11th 2018 to visit my mom as she was not keeping well, but unfortunately she passed away in Feb 24 2018.

after that i stayed back and found an employer from BC who has given me a LIMA to work here. now during all this process i have extended my visa once. but i slit needed time so when i had applied for my second extension it got rejected, after few days of the extension i had got my approved LIMA from the Canadian government.

Now i have applied for my restoration ( with in 90 days ) so that i can exit the country with out any over stay and come back again on the based of LIMA which will be my work permit to enter.

i want to know what are the chances of my restoration and how long it generally takes to know the result for the restoration..

Chances of restoration are not great. The employer may had an LMIA approved but you would still need a work permit to be approved. There is nothing stopping you from waiting to hear about your WP in your home country. You have been in Canada for 1.5 years since the loss of your mother so there aren’t any good reasons why you need to be in Canada at this point.
